【あらすじ】
V．V．との戦いの最中に踏み込んでしまった謎の空間「Cの世界」。ルルーシュはそこで最強であり最後の敵と対峙する！だが想像を絶する力を得ていた敵の前にルルーシュは絶体絶命の窮地の立たされる!その時、彼の前に現れたのは…。果たして真のギアスの秘密とは！？

●コードを受け継いだ者

ナイトメア“蜃気楼”に設置されていた拡散する鏡を利用し、
ルルーシュはシャルルの目を直接見ることなく、ギアスを発動する。

「死ねッ！！！」

そしてその絶対遵守の命にシャルルは自らの心臓を撃ち抜く･･･





あまりにあっさりの結末･･･
ルルーシュも戸惑いを残しつつも成し遂げた思いを叫びに変える。

「勝ったどー！」

「････じゃなーーーい」

「ギアスが効かない！？」

しかし視聴者的にはそれより作画の改悪っぷりが気になるところだったりする。

「もはやワシには剣でも銃でも、
何を持ってしても･･･無駄ぁぁ！！！」

ギアスの代わりに力を得た。
それはV.V.から奪った“コード”によって。
父は不老不死、不死身の身体となって立ち上がった。
何故今になってV.V.からコードを奪ったのか？
嘘のない関係が壊れたからか･･････シャルルはV.V.を殺した。





そしてシャルルより誘われたその空間でルルーシュは問われる。
ゼロという嘘の仮面で何を得たのか･･･。何故嘘をつくのか。

「おまえはワシで、ワシはおまえなんだ･･･」
世界には1人しかいない。

はいはい意味不明意味不明エヴァエヴァ。

そしてこれまた突然現れたC.C.
長く明かさなかったルルーシュとの契約条件を語り出す。

「我が願いは死ぬ事。
私の存在が永遠に終わる事だ。」

不老不死でい続けた者が死を願う。ありがちですね(　ﾟДﾟ)

ギアスがある一定のレベルにまで達するとその能力者は力を授けた者の地位を継ぐ。
それがつまりC.C.を殺せるということらしい。
シャルルにギアスを与えたV.V.より受け継いだコード。それのことか。

ルルーシュではなく、既にコードを得たシャルルがそれを実行できる。
何よりルルーシュは殺す、死ぬ結末というのを受け入れない。

そしてルルーシュはC.C.の過去を知ることになる。




C.C.も元は生にすがる普通の人間であった事。
そんな彼女にギアスを与えた者がいた事を。


●その頃ヴィレッタと会っている扇さんは･･･

「アーッ！」

恋のもつれが命のもつれ･･･まさに修羅場。
まさに扇さん崖っぷち(　ﾟдﾟ)（というか落下）


●本当の願い


C.C.に発現したギアスは「愛される事」。






だがその本当の愛かも分からぬものが積もりに積もった果てに
C.C.にギアスを与えたシスターは不老不死である自らに終焉をもたらす為、利用した。

C.C.の記憶・思考世界。
そこに導かれたのはC.C.が一時でもルルーシュを守ろうとしたため･･･
そんな声を聞き、ルルーシュは再び彼女の前に立つのだった。

「開いたのかルルーシュ、思考エレベーターを！」

アーカーシャの剣とは、空間そのものが思考に干渉するシステムなんだそうです。
ルルーシュはそれでC.C.の思考に転移されていたらしい。

そしてその間にもC.C.は･･･

にしか見えないんですがどうやらこれがちゃんとした終焉の儀式みたい(　ﾟдﾟ)

「そんな顔で死ぬな！最後くらい笑って死ね！
必ず俺が笑わせてやる！･･･だから！」

「これ以上奪われてたまるか！」

「俺は知っているぞC.C.！
お前のギアスを、本当の願いを！！」

C.C.のその手を掴む事はできた。
その身を取り戻す事は。が、しかし･･･

「新しいご主人様でしょうか･･･？」

「･･･できるのは料理の下ごしらえと掃除、水くみと牛と羊の世話･･･裁縫、文字は少しなら読めます･･･数は二十まで･･･
あ、死体の片付けもやっていましたから･･･」

●測れない思惑
なんとまぁ最終回ちっくな超展開に入ったと思ったらC.C.がシャルルとダンス踊りかけたり記憶を失ったりともうたたみかける様な展開ですね。思考エレベーターによって入った精神世界みたいなのが出てきた時はもうダメかと思いましたよ、もうまとめられないからそれっぽくしとけばいいや、みたいな(；ﾟДﾟ)
まぁまだ収束には早いみたいなのでとりあえずは良しとしますが。

それにギアスの謎が少し解かれたものの確信となる部分は何も分かってない！
シャルルの目的は、アーカーシャの剣が何故神を殺しうる兵器となるのか･･･
C.C.の過去にしても、やはりマリアンヌの存在には触れず仕舞いだ。

そしてシャルルがV.V.からコードと呼ばれるものを奪って殺した理由。
ルルーシュの事で何か約束しており、それが嘘によって関係そのものが崩れたとなるとシャルルは本当は･･･最初からシャルルはルルーシュを殺そうとはしないが･･･何か意図があるか。

さらに今、記憶を失ったC.C.･･･この展開の意図とは。
また“失ったもの”の1つでしかないのか。


そんな本筋とは別のところで動く第二の思惑。




ニーナが率いる研究チーム・インヴォーグが完成させた兵器「フレイヤ」
これからの戦争を変えるもの･･･核爆弾と思われるものだが、
シュナイゼルはニーナにこんなものを作らせて何を企んでいるのやら((((；ﾟДﾟ))))

不老不死、コードの力を手に入れたシャルル。
不穏な動きを見せるシュナイゼルの思惑。
そしてルルーシュが構築する新たな世界、国家・超合集国。

それぞれの思惑はここからどう絡んでいくのか･･･。
