PS3『KILLZONE 2』：日本語体験版で色々考えよう！

「KILLZONE 2」日本版の発売まであと1ヶ月！
今回は海外発売日の2月27日から2ヶ月もの期間遅れるということもあり、既に海外版でプレイしている人が多いと思います。「RESISTANCE 2」のような音声含めた日本語フル収録こそはありませんでしたが、アジア版には日本語字幕やメニューテキストのローカライズがされ、プレイするにまったく困らないという状況もあり、アジア版は品薄という状態にまでなっているほど。

自分も北米版で日本では先行してプレイしているわけですが、時間がない中もなんだかんだで既に50時間以上も遊んでました。しかもオフのキャンペーンモードには一切手を付けず、オンラインモードのみでｗ
これだけ遊んでいてもまだ半分の楽しみが残っているとは・・・我ながら良い楽しみ方をしてるなと思えたり。まぁその分買ったのにまったくプレイできてない『バイオ5』なんて存在もあったりしますが・・・。

さて、日本版の発売が近づくにつれ、日本語トレイラー・日本語体験版と公開が始まっているわけですが、どうも日本語版は声優が合ってないという意見が多いと感じられます。
実際自分も日本語トレイラーを見たとき、主人公Sev（セブ）の声はちょっと違うなぁなんて思ったりしましたが、体験版をプレイしてみるとむしろSevはまだ良い方で、α部隊のGarza（ガーザ）が・・・・若くて軽口を叩くキャラなのでセリフはいいとしても何か緊張感の無さというか、浮いてるような感じがしてしまいます。

そんなわけでその日本語体験版のプレイ動画が以下。
オンばかりやってると操作に若干違いがあるので戸惑ったりしてますが･･･。

戦場のカオスを表現するにあたって、沢山の兵士達の様々なセリフが丁寧にローカライズされているのでそこは申し分のない点ではあります。ですが、常に隣にいるような仲間の声に違和感を感じてしまうとやはり良い気持ちではないですね（まぁこれに関しては"好み"だとか"慣れ"もある部分だと思いますが）。
「FPSは英語音声・日本語字幕の方が雰囲気があっていい」という意見も多くあり、確かにそれは分かります。ですが、ゲームは映画と違って常に画面の全体の動きを意識してプレイするものなので慣れた音声で喋ってくれたほうがプレイに集中できるというのもまた事実だったりします。
まぁどちらも一長一短なわけですが、こうなるとこういうFPSには"音声と字幕の言語を自由に切り替える設定が欲しい"という要望になるわけですが、これがまたなかなか実装してくれないという・・・。これさえできれば随分と収録言語関連の問題は無くなるのですが・・・。
日本版では日本語音声＋日本語字幕という設定から英語音声＋日本語字幕の設定にはできないと思われるため、英語音声でプレイしたい場合は素直にアジア版を購入するのが良いかもしれません。

日本語対応のメイキングムービーのセリフは英語音声＋日本語字幕になってるんだから本編もそれがあっていいじゃないとか思ったりもしますが、こっちは手を抜いたのか、それともスタッフ陣のカッコよすぎるイングリッシュトークをそのまま残したかったのかどっちなんでしょうｗ


それにしても何回見てもこのメイキングはカッコ良過ぎます。
"Guerrilla games"スタッフには俳優でもいるのかと思わせるほど雰囲気作りが上手い。
特にスタジオディレクターのHERMEN HULST氏は過去にインタビューで「Blu-rayは映画のためにあるんじゃない、ゲームのためにある」などと答えたりと何かと印象に残ってた人なんですが、こんなカッコいい映像を自ら出演して作れる人だったとは・・・多才だ(　゜д゜)
ホント欧州チームはセンスあるなぁと感心することが多いです。

今から日本ではどんなCMをやるのかとビクビクしておりますよ。
センスは求めない・・・求めないからせめてちゃんと"ゲームのCM"をやってね・・・。
もういっそ海外のこのCMこのまま流そうよ！SCEJ！

まぁ、無理なんでしょうけど(´・ω・｀)

こんばんは。SＣＥJのセンスだと海外からヘルガストの着ぐるみ
を借りてきて踊らせてしまうかも知れませんね。( ´∀｀)

キル2はＢＧＭも洋画的なので字幕だと雰囲気が合うのですが
キャンペーンで戦闘中に字幕が出て読めない時も多かったです。
キャストは慣れも有ると思いますが難しい所ですね・・
ちなみに福山潤のルルーシュは最初物凄く私は違和感を感じていましたが後期では彼以外の声は考えられませんでした。
作品が良いと声優さんのお芝居も生き生きして来ますよね。

あと全然関係無いのですが今、個人的に気に成るのはロロナの
キャスティングです！

字幕は戦闘に集中するとホント読めないんですよね･･･
雰囲気は抜群に英語音声の方が良いんですが。
ルル様は福山氏のあの中二病全開な感じがツボで好きです。

ロロナは･･･あの2Dのキャラデザは好きなんですが3Dポリゴンがちょっと･･･。いやでも声が良かったらアリかも････気になりますねｗ
