PS3『KILLZONE 2』：日本版発売に合わせてパッチ"v1.24"リリース

いよいよ今週23日に日本版発売ですね！
北米版で先行している自分ですがもちろん日本版も購入します。
オンラインモードを集中してプレイしてきましたが、日本版の発売にあわせていよいよキャンペーンモードのプレイを解禁したいと思います。プレイ開始2ヶ月にしてやっとですｗ

さて、今回その日本版の発売に合わせて、ワールドワイドでKILLZONE2パッチアップデートが実施されます。日本版とのオンライン同期や今月30日に配信を予定しているDLC第一弾「Steel&Titaninum」への対応が目的となっています。

海外PS公式フォーラムでは今回のパッチで修正・対応される44項目のFIX内容が挙げられています。上記主目的の内容他、細かい修正が入ります。

おおまかに挙げると････キャンペーンでの進行不具合修正、オンラインマップの不具合修正、BOTの挙動の改善、ズームエイミング速度の調整、レーダー・マップの表示拡大などゲームプレイ部分で細かい対応がされる他、ネットワーク接続の安定化、各クラン機能の快適化も含まれます。個人的には対戦部屋検索時の対戦人数「17-24 players」設定での検索フィルターの追加が地味に嬉しかったりします。

「Text - Minor Japanese localization fix.」なる項目にも注目です。これで北米版にも日本語字幕の追加、メニュー等の日本語化がされる可能性が出てきました。アジア版の文言修正だけというオチだったら残念ですが、今回はワールドワイド対応のパッチなので期待できます。北米版で"英語音声＋日本語字幕"が実現できればもう言うことない･･･。

さらにオンラインプレイの新たなステータス「Hardcore Rank」が追加されます。
これは現在のランク最上位「将軍」より上のランクが設けられるというもので、その条件と詳細は追って公開されるようです。「将軍」までの到達は比較的楽なので、まだその先が欲しいと思っていた人には楽しみな追加ですね。

とにかく対応盛り沢山なこのパッチv1.24はGMT4月22日午前8時（日本時間：午後5時頃）にリリースされる予定です。容量は57MB。

なお、開発の"Guerrilla Games"は既に次なるパッチの開発も進めており、この先もDLCと並行して充実したオンラインアップデートを提供していくようです。発売後のフォローも大変満足な「KILLZONE 2」、日本版は今週23日発売！

これでやっとJP鯖が賑やかになりそうですね。

当然、大抵の部屋がランク制限かかってますがｗ
