PS3『KILLZONE2』：Helgan Hybrid！

パブリックβのコードを入手することも叶わず、11月一杯で一応のβ終了となった「KILLZONE2」。その内容はβ期間中にも数々の改善があったようで、かなり評判は良いみたい。日本から潜入できた数少ないユーザーが羨ましい限り･･･。次に期待されるのはデモの配信ですが、果たして実施されるのか！？気になるところ。

さて、土日中ほとんど外出しててバタバタしていてブログの更新もゲームも満足にできず、日付が12月に変わるギリギリで更新する本記事では今週目についたKILLZONE2関連のニュースをピックアップ＋動画紹介をします。12月中には･･･発売日が決まるかな？

▼新たなヘルガスト・ビジュアル：PSU
海外のゲーム雑誌"GameReactor"12月号の表紙において、新たなヘルガスト兵のビジュアルが掲載されています。

スタンダードな装備のヘルガスト兵とは違うその姿はこれまでのトレイラーから確認されていますが、雑誌の表紙になるほどの難敵となるのでしょうか。"Helgan Hybrid"と呼ばれるこのヘルガスト兵、オレンジに光る目の部分は共通しているものの一般兵とは違い、どこか身軽さを持った感じで、左手にナイフを持っているのにも注目です。

この"GameReactor"12月号では巻頭10ページに及ぶKILLZONE2特集が組まれているそうで、また新たな情報が出てきそうです。


▼トロフィー・リスト：PSU
全53個に及ぶトロフィーリストが隠し条件のものまで明らかになってしまっています。TGS2008デモVerでは確認できなかったのですが、これは一体誰が･･･。ですがこの後にこのトロフィーリストは海外公式PSコミュニティにてスタッフによって「古いものだ」とコメントされているので既に何箇所は違う条件になっているものと思われます。にしても基本は同じような感じだと思われるので、今から見て覚悟しておくのもいいでしょうｗ
なかなか数も多くてコンプリートは大変そうですが、中でも骨が折れそうなのはやはりオンラインランクが関わるものでしょうかね。そう簡単にはプラチナを手にすることはできません！････未だに自分は未獲得('A`)


▼720p以外に1080i出力にも対応：PSU
ネイティブ720p/30fpsで制作されている本作ですが、出力には1080iもサポートされるようです。これでD3にまでしか対応していないハイビジョンブラウン管においてもHDゲームプレイが可能になります。

wipidoにUPされていたものからオブジェクト破壊と光源処理のウォークスルー動画をピックアップしてみました。共に画面内UIが一切表示されない"No HUD"プレイモードです。


あまりに気持ちよく壊れる壁、地面に映る影、たまらないマグチェンジの挙動、差し込む光の眩しさ、そのリアルな空気感、響きの良い銃声、重量感のある動作音、飛び散る火花の美しさ･･･もはや挙げるとキリがありません。


TGSでプレイできたのはたった8分･･･早くじっくり触れたいものです('∀`)
